Quail Run Allen’s Amenity Center is open approximately May 1 – October 31. The clubhouse may be rented during that time.
The clubhouse holds a dining room table suitable for eight as well as a refrigerator, microwave and sink. It is available to homeowners with a deposit and rental fee.
Deposit: $200
Rental Fee (Non-refundable): $50
Covers the cost of a vendor to inspect the facility was cleaned and damage free.
Important to note is that the rental of the clubhouse does NOT include access to the pool or use of the cabana. Pool rules dictate residents may bring (up to) 4 guests into the pool or cabana.


Pool Hours:  6:00 am – 11:00 pm

Please note that our vendors work diligently to service the pool, grounds, deck and restrooms in the morning hours.

The park next to the amenity center is owned and operated by the City of Allen. The City of Allen’s website states, “You are welcome to use any of our pavilions on a first-come, first-served basis – but, if you’d like to reserve a pavilion for your exclusive use, we can help! Contact us at 214-509-4714 or come by the Parks and Recreation Administrative Office at the Municipal Court and Parks and Recreation Building, 301 Century Parkway.”

Contact the City of Allen to reserve the pavilion, request a repair, or register a concern.

The Quail Run Allen HOA is responsible for maintaining the landscaping and monuments within Quail Run. This includes the perimeter wall and the landscaping on the exterior of the perimeter wall of Quail Run. If you observe an issue with any of these items, please bring them to the attention of our management company. They will take the appropriate action. We sincerely appreciate your observations and concern.
